CANCELLATIONS/ NO SHOWS:
Given that we typically have back-to-back bookings, if you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be cancelled and no refund will be provided. If you think you might be late, we urge you to give us a call - we'll do our best to help.
Should you need to reschedule your reservation, you must call with more than 24 hours notice, and we'll be happy to find you another time that works.
